This breathwork session is a journey into the human physiology, using breath and movements that will bring the participants into the deepest of themselves.
This practice will bring awareness to how the mechanism of the body works and how we can consciously interact with it, healing our bodies and minds.
Depending on each individual and their intention and will to dive deep – this session can get us into a state of inner-peace and self exploration, experiencing the present moment.
To get the most of the workshop participants should come with an empty stomach.
Persons with cardiovascular health issues, or any other health conditions, should always consult a medical doctor before joining this workshop.
